• Demonstrated ability to lead a small, but mighty team of engineers
• Experiences co-creating with designers to produce software that shines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide recommendations for solutions
• Modern skills, building HTML5 apps that provide first-class experiences regardless of viewport: phone, tablet & desktop
• Sveltekit and Flutter are a big plus
